The Christmas holidays will soon be upon us – a time when I hope to get the chance to enjoy the break with my family as I take a bit of time off over the holidays. There’s definitely a special kind of festive vibe in and around our offices here in Westcliff on Sea.

As we hopefully manage to combine some time off with a continuation of business activity during the holidays, we are happy to give advance notice of our intended hours of business over Christmas and the New Year:
Friday 22nd of December – Open 9.00 am until 1.00 pm;
Monday 25th of December – Closed;
Tuesday 26th of December – Closed;
Wednesday 27th of December – Open 9.00 am until 5.15 pm;
Thursday 28th December – Open 9.00 am to 5.15 pm;
Friday 29th December – Open 9.00 am to 1.00 pm;
Monday 1st January – Closed;
Tuesday 2nd January – Open 9.00 am until 5.15 pm;
Reflections on 2023
The upcoming holiday period is also a time to reflect on the steadfast loyalty of our customers, many of whom we have known for many years. But 2023 also saw a year in which we welcomed new clients as policyholders of essential insurance cover we arranged.
Among both existing and new client bases, we aim to build long-lasting relationships that bring together our customers and the insurance companies that meet their needs – backed by a first-class service.
Over the years – since we started out way back in 1946 – we have steadily strengthened our expertise as independent insurance brokers. Currently, therefore, we are active across an especially broad range of specialisations – from car and van motor insurance to fleet insurance for businesses; from caravan insurance to landlord insurance; and from commercial to all types of business insurance.
In many areas, there has been something of a sea-change in the way people buy their general insurance. As with so many other areas of commerce, internet searches and purchases online have become favourites among consumers. While that is also true of insurance – the number of comparison websites abounds – we insist that there remains an important and vital role for the experienced, independent insurance broker.
Thanks to our many years’ of experience and expertise, we have first-hand knowledge of a very wide range of insurance products. By drawing on that knowledge, we can offer you a selection of insurance solutions that we believe most suit your needs and budget.
Of course, no one arranges their insurance with a claim uppermost in their mind.
