Why do you buy Insurance?
We know it is not with the intention that you are going to be making a claim, but you are buying your Insurance with the expectation that if you do need to make a claim, it will be dealt with fairly and efficiently.
Like all Brokers we work very hard in obtaining your business or renewing your policy – however, unlike a lot of other Brokers, we will also help you in the event of you having to make a claim against your insurance policy if you need us to. We carefully choose the Insurance Company’s that we work with and their claims service forms part of that decision. For most of our client’s, the claim is handled with the Insurance Company directly and a speedy process ensures the claim is dealt with quickly. But there are exceptions when the process doesn’t go to satisfaction and that’s where we can step in and assist you with your claim.
The reason for promising that we will help you is simple really – why would we want to lose your business just because we did not care when you make a claim?

If you need to make a claim against your Insurance policy, you should feel free to call us on 01702 826060 or you may ring your Insurer, as stated on your Schedule and Policy Wording. When calling your Insurance Company direct, they may ask you for your policy number so it is useful to have your policy schedule to hand if possible when reporting a claim.
